Every now and then, someone in the rock or metal world will decide they don’t want to live where they used to and put their house up for sale. We’ve seen it with Ozzy, with Maynard James Keenan from Tool and even Ronnie James Dio. And now, to add to the rock star real estate porn, we can see how Nine Inch Nails mastermind Trent Reznor has been living lately, as he’s just listed his Beverly Crest area home for $4.495 million. The place, which the 49 year-old Reznor bought back in 2007, is a five-bedroom, four-bathroom two-story house, and it’s beautiful.
The L.A. Times reports that the house was built in 1966, but it’s been updated and looks like something befitting Reznor. The house compes complete with a soundproofed media studio in the converted garage. There’s also a balcony with a fireplace, an illuminated stone wall, and an infinity pool. If you’ve noticed that since 2007 or so that Nine Inch Nails don’t sound as angry as they used to, taking a look at this place will give you a good reason why. If you’ve got $4.5 million burning a hole in your pocket, you might want to look into this. You can see a full gallery and get jealous here.
