Sammy Hagar and James Hetfield announce fourth annual ‘Acoustic-4-A-Cure’ Concert

Sammy Hagar and James Hetfield announced the date and lineup for the Acoustic-4-a-Cure IV annual benefit concert. It returns to the Fillmore in San Francisco on May 15th. Due to Metallica’s tour, Dave Grohl will be sitting in for James Hetfield. The event will showcase veteran and newcomers including Pat Benatar & Neil Giraldo, Don Felder, Mick Fleetwood, Dave Grohl, Sammy Hagar, Vic Johnson, Sarah McLachlan, Steve Vai, and Bob Weir.

Tickets go on sale this Friday (31) at 10 AM PDT via Ticketmaster/Livenation.com. There is a two-ticket limit per customer.

General Admission tickets are set at $150 which includes a commemorative t-shirt. There are a limited amount of VIP tickets available at $500 that include access to an exclusive VIP area, a t-shirt, poster, complimentary food & drinks, and more.

This year’s fourth annual Acoustic-4-A Cure show created and curated by Sammy Hagar (The Red Rocker) and James Hetfield will be held on Monday, May 15, 2017 at San Francisco’s historic Fillmore Theater.

Since we’ll be on tour during the benefit, which raises funds and awareness for the pediatric cancer research, Dave Grohl will be filling in for James this year.

Tickets will go on sale Friday, March 31 at 10 AM PT at Ticketmaster.com.
