In case that, for some really strange reason,  you weren’t convinced about Vattnet Viskar’s new album after the title track they released earlier this month, here’s another track, which premiered via  Metal Injection, that will finish the job.

This new track “Colony” has a different approach than the first single “Settler,” as it incorporates some progressive elements to their atmospheric sound, which comes as a refreshing twist to keep things interesting.

Vattnet Viskar says about the track.

“I was reading an article about how a colony of ants actually learns faster than Google, which is completely insane. Luckily we had this sort of mathy but still dark sounding song that seemed a perfect match for that concept. I, for one, welcome our new insect overlords.”

Vattnet Viskar will release Settler via Century Media on June 16th.
