Earlier this month, it was confirmed that Randy Blythe will be indicted by a Czech Republic court for manslaughter. Now we know when the trial will take place.

According to The Prague Post, the Lamb Of God singer will officially stand trial on February 4, 2013. Since his release from prison, Blythe (who is being charged with the death of a fan two years ago during a show in Prague) said he intends to return to the Czech Republic if he needed to stand trial. The group’s manager reiterated Blythe’s stance on the matter shortly after the court confirmed they were indicting him.

We’ll keep you posted as more develops on the matter. Hopefully, though, an optimistic outcome will follow the February 4 trial.
