We’ve been singing the praises of New Zealand film Deathgasm for a while now, even though we haven’t seen it yet. Now Metal Sucks have premiered a clip from the film, which makes its debut on Video on Demand and select theaters this Friday (10/2). The film is about a garage band of metalheads that break into a house and find sheet music that summons an ancient evil when played. While the trailer we showcased has a hell of a lot more horror and gore in it, this new clip shows the formation of the band. You can tell that it was written by fans of metal. From the Iron Maiden and AC/DC fonts in the logos to where the band is trying to decide on a name and the purposely not-very-good band to the none-too-subtle diss of dubstep, the clip hits all the right notes.
