What do you get if you combine Converge, arguably one of the most credible hardcore bands out there, and Andrew W.K., a man that’s been writing party rock anthems since LMFAO were in diapers? While we’d love to hear what a musical collaboration between the two would sound like, but for now, we’re going to have to settle for something that’s almost as cool. The band and the man have teamed up to help raise money for the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (MSPCA) by making a shirt that’s a combination of two of their most iconic album covers. Andrew W.K.’s I Get Wet features AWK’s face with a nosebleed, while Converge’s Jane Doe, designed by vocalist Jacob Bannon, is a stark portrait of a woman. Combined, the two designs match up surprisingly well, and will be instantly familiar to anyone that was alive in 2001, when both albums were released.

You can pick up the shirts until tomorrow (6/20), for only $20 ($21 in XL), and all of the proceeds from sales of the shirt will go to the MSPCA. The shirts will ship out at the end of the month. When it was initially offered only at the 2014 Rainfest, the design quickly sold out, raising $1,250. Now you can pick one up if you weren’t able to be there, or are just finding out about it now, like we are. We proved earlier this week that Andrew W.K. has a serious, more giving side than just songs about partying, and this helps hammer that point home. Converge are no strangers to charities, either. Pick it up here.
