Shows that are held in large stadiums are always some kind of spectacle, but there is a certain charm the smaller venues offer that large ones just can’t replace. Like tickets that aren’t $200 a pop, for example. So as metalheads, we know that if there is any band you would want to be stuck in an enclosed space with for a few hours, it would be Limp Bizkit… right?

The band has offered the following statement about their upcoming spring tour:

“We are looking for the most intimate and rocking places to play. Our philosophy is that we want to play the venues in the U.S. that we started out playing before the rest of the world know who the fuck we were. Where insane ticket prices and nose bleed seats don’t exist.

Where only the most hardcore fans get their tickets first and no one else can get in. Where we can actually see you and talk to you. Nothing more than a sweat box of love. This sounds most exciting for us and our dear friends in the USA.

Oh yeah, we’ll still be using our arena sound system. It can never be too loud. Tix will go quick so get yours ASAP.”

You heard ’em folks. If you’ve ever wanted to be so close to Fred Durst that you could kiss him (assuming you hate yourself), now is your chance. Check out the shows, which marks Limp Bizkit’s first multi-date tour in the States in years, announced thus far below.
