God Forbid have released a new mini-documentary, 20 Years of Treason via YouTube. The film revisits the band’s landmark album, 2005’s IV: Constitution Of Treason, which they performed in full during their 2025 tour. Featuring new interviews with Doc Coyle, Byron Davis, John Outcalt, and Corey Pierce, the documentary blends backstage footage and previously unseen photos to capture the band’s evolution stemming back to their 2004 Ozzfest run, writing the record two decades ago, to their 2022 return and performing again in their home state of New Jersey. The film was directed, shot, and edited by Chris Aballo.

God Forbid have recently recruited Overcast, featuring Brian Fair (Shadows Fall) and Mike D’Antonio (Killswitch Engage) to two dates on their upcoming Northeast shows with co-headliners Darkest Hour and Bleeding Through. Nora were originally slated to appear but stepped away due to unforeseen circumstances.
