Atreyu have wiped their social media clean, replacing everything (mostly all on Instagram) with a single black box and the caption “R.I.P.” across Instagram, Facebook, X, and Threads. Their bios also now display the same cryptic message, sparking speculation over whether the band is teasing new music or signaling the end.
The timing raises eyebrows as the metalcore outfit is about to kick off a fall tour celebrating the 20th anniversary of The Curse. The run features Unearth, Norma Jean, Eighteen Visions, He Is Legend, and Zero 9:36.
As of now, venues have not reported any cancellations and tickets, tour dates remain listed on the band’s website, leaving fans wondering if this “R.I.P.” campaign is a farewell or simply a clever promotion.
