Footage has surfaced from KoRn’s August 27th performance at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ, showing a concertgoer allegedly engaging in a lewd act of pleasuring himself while sitting in the stands. In the clip, shared on TikTok, another attendee can be seen striking the individual in an attempt to stop the behavior before security and police removed the offender from the venue.
According to eyewitness accounts in the video’s comments, the man ignored repeated pleas to stop and even had drinks thrown at him before intervention. The individual who attempted to stop him was also reportedly ejected for his actions. This grotesque incident is a disturbing breach of basic respect and decency. What someone does in private is their business, but there is absolutely no place for this kind of behavior in a public concert setting. In some lighter news, check out System of A Down’s cover of “Snowblind” here, which took place later that evening.
