This is not a drill; Slayer are back! After wrapping up their final world tour in November 2019, these legends featuring Tom Araya (bass/vocals), Kerry King (guitar), Gary Holt (guitar), and Paul Bostaph (drums) have announced their first return to the stage. At least for two festival appearances, for now: Riot Fest in Chicago, IL on September 22, and Louder Than Life in Louisville, KY on September 27.
Louder Than Life celebrating its 10th year in 2024. Alongside Slayer, festival-goers can expect performances from Mötley Crüe, Slipknot, KoRn, and a plethora of other rock and metal acts across multiple stages. With nearly 150 music acts scheduled to perform, including Disturbed, Judas Priest, Five Finger Death Punch, Evanescence, and Till Lindemann, attendees are guaranteed an incredible experience.
Tickets for Riot Fest (September 20 – 22nd) and Louder Than Life (September 26 – 29th) are currently on sale and can be purchased through the respective festival websites.
