Cognitive have revealed their plans to unveil details for their new album sometime this spring. In the meantime, the band has officially announced a headlining North American tour with support from Trenchlung. The tour starts on March 28th in Brooklyn, NY, and includes stops in Salem, MA, Canada, and Corning, NY, before heading overseas with PaRtY-CaNnOn from May 3rd to May 18th.
Guitarist Rob Wharton comments:
“At last! After finishing our tour cycle for our last release, we had taken some time off to record our new Metal Blade album, music videos, content, recharge our batteries, and now it’s time to hit the road again. We wanted to hit the road when our new single drops, so we figured we would make our way up to Canada for the special occasion and take our dissonant pals in Trenchlung out for a small run of shows. We will be playing 2 new songs off our upcoming record, so we figured it was time to get our feet wet again in preparation for the rest of the year’s tour plans. We hope to see you at a show, and keep your eyes and ears peeled for the new album announcement!!”
