Metal Inside(r) Home Quarantine is Metal Insider’s new column  during this time of isolation due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We asked artists five questions on what’s been keeping them busy ranging from their favorite movies, food they’ve been eating, music they’ve been listening to and more. We caught up with Bury Tomorrow frontman Daniel Winter Bates as he’s been spending this time making a disgraceful amount of pizza.

What have you been doing to pass time during Quarantine?

I work for our National Health Service so I have been really tied up with that.

Have you been listening to any music or have any playlists worth checking out?

I really got into some rap and hip-hop playlists which was great, (agenda) on apple music. I have also been listening a lot to our friends in Bleed From Within and the band Fire from the Gods.

A lot of people have been spending this time cooking including making their own bread, what food have you been prepping during this time?

Lots of pizza …..a disgraceful amount of pizza.

In terms of entertainment, what movies, TV shows, books, or games have been keeping you busy?

Rewatched the entire Sons of Anarchy box set. I have watched an obscene amount of Disney+, also.

What advice do you have for your fans in isolation during this time?

Keep active, keep safe. Find something that ticks your boxes and passions and work on it.

Bury Tomorrow’s new album, Cannibal will be released this Friday (3rd). Pre-order the record here and check out the song “Gods & Machines” below:
