A Perfect Circle, Avenged Sevenfold, Disturbed, and Korn are set to be headlining this year’s Rock On The Rang festival, set to take place from May 21-22 at the Columbus Crew Stadium in Columbus, OH. Other bands confirmed to be performing include Stone Sour, Staind (in their first performance in two years), Danzig, Black Label Society, Bullet For My Valentine, All That Remains, The Damned Things, and many more. In addition to the two main days of the festival, Rock On The Range will be throwing a pre-festival party on May 20 to celebrate their fifth anniversary. Set to perform at the pre-show will be Steel Panther and Lez Zeppelin (the all female Led Zeppelin tribute group).
While tickets go on sale to the general public on Saturday, February 12, a special pre-sale will take place from Wednesday, February 9 through Friday, February 11. Check the festival’s official website and Facebook page for more information regarding the pre-sale.
Rock On The Range usually provides a nice mix of radio friendly hard rock acts and less mainstream bands, and this year is no exception. Ever thought that you’d see Hinder on the same bill as Danzig? And while he may not win over Hollywood Undead fans per se, it’s still cool to see an artist like Danzig getting the chance to play to a somewhat new audience. In addition, A Perfect Circle’s headlining appearance shows A Perfect Circle keeping true to their tweet word about their Summer plans. The entire lineup thus far to this year’s Rock On The Range can be seen after the jump.
