Metal By Numbers is a weekly column in which we look at the top metal sellers and debuts of the week.

It was always going to be a big week with Alice In Chains putting out a new album. On the Top Current Albums they debuted at #2, second only to a South Korean boy band called BTS or the Bangtan Boys. So, in case you were wondering how much people in the US like K-pop, the answer is apparently a lot. Apart from the debuts and a few boosts back into the charts, not much else changed this week. I hardly had to move anything around at all, and let me tell you that’s something that rarely happens.
