This past Saturday (November 7), Iron Maiden drummer Nicko McBrain took part in a jam session with Clarence Clemons (saxophonist for Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band) at the 10th anniversary of Harley-Davidson of Palm Beach in West Palm Beach, Florida. And we thought the Black Tusk remix created by The Wu Tang Clan’s RZA was the weirdest collaboration we never expected to happen. It’s cool to see McBrain (who currently resides in Florida and co-owns a barbeque restaurant called Rock N’ Roll Ribs) performing with different and well respected musicians. But damn, never thought I’d see this combo in action. You can watch video of the performance above.
