It’s been reported via Tweets, Whitechapel has parted ways with drummer Ben Harclerode. He has been with the group since 2011 and contributed since 2012’s self-titled album up until 2016’s Mark of the Blade. According to ThePRP, he left three months ago, however, no official statement has been released from the band.
He confirmed the news on his Twitter, stating he wasn’t happy anymore and has nothing planned for a new project just yet. Based on the drummer’s replies, it appears drummer Chason Westmoreland who recently split with The Faceless prior to the Summer Slaughter tour has been filling in for him behind the kit.
we’re all just people man. Including me and everybody currently in wc. No sense in acting like anything more.

very true. I’m not emotionally invested any longer so its not fair to myself, the band or the fans for me to continue

no idea. Just living life man. No plans to do music any time soon.
