UK’s doom maestros Electric Wizard have been quiet yet busy since the last time we had any sort of news from them. Aside from touring the US last year with Satan’s Satyrs, the band dedicated some of their time last year to deliver a new offering for this year and now we have some details about it.
The band is getting ready to release a follow up to their 2014 record Time To Die and, while we don’t have much details regarding what stage of the recording process is done right now, the quartet is shooting to get it out by Halloween. This will also be the first album recorded since Satan’s Satyrs’ frontman Clayton Burgess joined the band as a permanent bassist.
That’s basically all the information available right now and once more information available, we’ll report on it. Meanwhile, you may be lucky enough to get a taste of their new record during their only US performance confirmed this year at Psycho Las Vegas on August 26th.
