KsE-Define-LovejpgIf you like music, you’ve probably been saving some money for this Saturday, as it’s Record Store Day. There are tons of cool, exclusive and limited-edition albums to buy for collectors. Among the offerings is a limited edition 7″ from Killswitch Engage. “Define Love,” recorded during the Incarnate sessions, premiered today on Revolver, and it’s no throwaway track. In fact, it’s hard to say why this was relegated to b-side status. Speaking of b-sides, there’s none on this single. Instead, you get silkscreened artwork from Mike D’Antonio and a Killswitch Engage stencil. Here’s what singer Jesse Leach says about “Define Love.”

“‘Define Love’ was written as my critique on our attempts as humans to limit love or restrict love. Whether it be political or religious agendas, love seems to be used as a way to manipulate people to think or act a certain way. Love is deeper than simple emotion or desire. It is an unexplainable spirit that defies our attempts to harness and understand it. True love in my mind is far greater than our feeble comprehension of it. We need not try to set any limitations on what defines love.”
