Today Huntress’ third album, Static, was released. Next week, they’ll be taking to the high seas on the Motorboat Cruise alongside Lemmy, who co-wrote the charming “I Want to Fuck You to Death” on their last album. To commemorate their album’s release, the band have unveiled a video for the album’s opener, “Sorrow.” The video, filmed and directed by Phil Mucci, and has a theme that’s equal parts haunted house, seance, and Italian horror movie from the ’60s. It’s cheesy, gory and winkingly exploitative at the same time. Whichever of Janus’ personalities is taking over this video, we approve.

Static is out today on Napalm Records. You can pick it up here.
