Children of Bodom have released a lyric video for the title track from their forthcoming album, I Worship Chaos. Due out October 2nd on Nuclear Blast, this is their ninth album, and first since 2013’s Halo of Blood.

Guitarist and vocalist guitarist/vocalist Alexi Laiho summed up the new album:

“To me, it seems like ‘I Worship Chaos’ has a lot darker vibe in it than the previous albums and so far everyone has told me that the songs are a lot catchier this time, which I’m definitely glad about. To sum it up, it’s angry, dark and catchy as fuck. I think it’s safe to say ‘I Worship Chaos’ is CHILDREN OF BODOM reborn even more pissed off.”

With I Worship Chaos out in early October (hear another song; “Morrigan“), Children of Bodom will be touring Europe later in the month through early December, and will do a US tour in February and March in 2016. They’ll be performing as a four piece on the road, something they haven’t done in awhile since the departure of  rhythm guitarist Roope Latvala, who had been with the band since 2003.
