Nails unleash new single; new album due in August

Southern California’s Nails have announced their long-awaited fourth album, Every Bridge Burning, is set to arrive on August 30th via Nuclear Blast Records. The album, produced by Kurt Ballou and featuring artwork by Jef Whitehead, led by founding vocalist/guitarist Todd Jones, sees the band’s return with a new lineup: drummer Carlos Cruz, bassist Andrew Solis, and guitarist Shelby Lermo. The group has unleashed a taste for what’s to come by streaming their first single, “Imposing Will.”

Jones comments:

“‘Imposing Will’ is special to the record in that I knew we wanted it to be the opener. We wanted it to have the effect of an urgency; an immediacy in the music itself. When you push play, you get smacked in the face.”
