We’ve heard a handful of songs from the new self-titled Darkest Hour album, landing on August 5th on their new label Sumerian. “The Misery We Make” is another melodic song off the album – seems like John Henry might have been taking some vocal lessons since The Human Romance was released three years ago. A song like this might offend an old school Darkest Hour fan, but the dual guitars and catchiness of the song should perk up the ears of many, including some that might not be familiar with the band.

You can preorder the album here.
