babymetal2016In 2014, Babymetal took the United States by storm. Even though their debut album wasn’t out in the States and the band sang entirely in Japanese, they quickly gained a cult following, selling out shows in America. They also got the attention of Lady Gaga, who had them open for her. With their sophomore album coming out in April, the band have already announced a handful of tour dates, including stops on the Carolina Rebellion and Northern Invasion, which at seven dates, already would have been the band’s longest tour in America. Today, however, they announced even more dates. They’ve added dates in Boston, Seattle, San Francisco and Los Angeles, for a total of 11, and if our research is corret, It will be the first time they’ve played in Seattle, Boston and San Francisco. The new dates are bolded, and given that they’ll be back in the States in July, that could suggest that they could be doing some more touring, perhaps some festival dates.
