Used to be if you were a musician with an offbeat idea, you would show your fellow musician friends and that was it. However, the rise of YouTube means that anyone with an internet connection and a spark of an idea can plug in, record themselves and potentially become the next Rob Scallon, who himself became internet famous. Take, for example, Davie504, who decided to tune his bass to from E, A, D and G to A, C, D and C to play a medley of AC/DC songs. Granted, he’s playing the songs on bass, not an AC/DC bass line, which would consist of playing an A almost repeatedly.
