For years, we’ve been tormented and teased in believing a new Tool album would arrive. Back in 2015, we heard these legends perform the new song “Descending” live, which made us all presume the new record was around the corner. Moving forward to 2018, the group unveiled a trailer for their upcoming music clinics showcase and during this teaser, the track “Descending” appears to be playing for nearly four minutes.
