On June 24th, Septicflesh will release their debut album for Prosthetic, Titan. You won’t have to wait until then, however, to hear another song from the album. You’ve already gotten a chance to be slightly scared by “Order of Dracul,” and “Burn” is just as unsettling. Starting off with a strange spoken word part, it explodes into a mixture of blast beats, Fear Factory-like groove, and a surprisingly melodic chorus. And that’s all before the midpoint of the song where it gets completely orchestral for a bit. In short, we’re looking forward to the rest of the band’s ninth album. If you are too, you can catch them on the road with Fleshgod Apocalypse, Hour of Penance and Necronomicon this Summer, or just pre-order the album here.
