There’s a reason why alcohol advertisements have a “drink responsibly” disclaimer. Many that have experienced highly intoxicated nights out that result in not remembering a single thing from the night prior will understand why someone should learn to control their alcohol consumption. They will also discover how to avoid the horrific hangover the following day. With that said, sometimes going to a concert can lead towards excessive drinking out of pure excitement and the naline rush.

It seems this happened to a 44-year old man from New Mexico named Daniel Francis Daddio. The man was arrested for allegedly urinating on an entire family, including a ten-year-old girl. The incident took place during Metallica’s recent show at the University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, AZ last Friday (4th). An intoxicated Daddio denied the incident ever happened.

Following a police investigation, they discovered the man was seated behind the family of three who felt warm liquid pouring onto them during the concert and noticed Daddio was in fact, urinating on them. The 44-year old appeared in court for the first time over the weekend who is now facing charges of disorderly conduct and indecent exposure.
