Remember the Grammy awards? One week ago, everyone was up in arms because the closing number, which featured Nine Inch Nails, Queens of the Stone Age, Dave Grohl and Lindsay Buckingham, was not only obscured by promotional considerations and credits, but ultimately cut short.  Reznor was furious about it, as were fans of both bands and the other musicians. Now you can see what it was supposed to look like, as rehearsal footage has surfaced from the show. It was filmed in an empty auditorium with crowd noise pumped in. Even in front of almost no one, it comes off a lot better than it did last week, which was pretty much an afterthought for Grammy attendees to leave the Staples Center to.
