In case you missed it, there is a petition going around to erect a GWAR Oderus Urungus statue in place of the Robert E. Lee Statue in Richmond, Virginia. The petition currently has 45,836 signatures and continues to grow. To further support the petition, Jizmak Da Gusha of GWAR showed up to the Robert E. Lee statue on Friday June 12th, and made his presence known by claiming “GWAR is here!” He also complemented the graffiti and referred to Robert E. Lee with “Fuck that guy!”
