It has been two years since Absence of Despair’s EP Monster: Reborn was released and eight years since their debut album In Dark Times hit the underground scene back in 2009. Now, these Providence RI hard rockers plan a return to the studio to work with Nick Bellmore (Hatebreed, Toxic Holocaust, Kingdom of Sorrow) for a follow-up full-length LP. The group recently worked with Bellmore to record the brand new relentless track, “Loud and Lethal,” and it is just a taste of what’s to come. Today (1), we get to premiere their video for this thrash-induced tune, filmed by Ian Van Echoroom.
The band shared the following comment:
“Loud & Lethal is an aggressive in your face song, that reminds listeners to ALWAYS keep fighting towards their goals and to NEVER give up on what they believe in. Working with Nick and Charlie Bellmore on this track helped it get to the next level of the balls to the wall, take no prisoners direction we were intending. We are super excited to release this long awaited track for the world!”
