We previously wrote about Charles Bradley’s cover of Black Sabbath’s “Changes” when the song was initially covered by the soul singer for Record Store Day last year. Bradley, in his late ’60s, didn’t get his start in music until he was in his late ’40s as a James Brown impersonator, and his horn-driven take of the Black Sabbath song breathes new life into the Vol. 4 ballad. Now it’ll be coming out as the title track of his third album, Changes, due out in April on Daptone. A video’s been shot of the song, and it’s really just a close up of the 67 year-old reacting to the song. It’s definitely a great way to start off you day, so have a listen.
