A note found in Kurt Cobain’s wallet at his death-scene was released by the Seattle Police Department last week (for some reason) seemingly mocking Cobain’s wedding vows to Courtney Love. However, according to author Charles R. Cross, the writer of the note was actually Love, not Cobain. Cross, who has written several books about Cobain, said Love sent him an email saying she wrote the note and gave it to Cobain before their wedding. Says Cross:
“Early in their relationship, they wrote notes like that to each other constantly. The handwriting is absolutely Courtney’s.”
” The note was promoted as Kurt mocking their wedding vows three years after they were married. It just doesn’t make any sense.”
Well, now we know who apparently wrote the note. And yet, nothing will perceivably different with this information despite how much the Seattle Police Department seemingly keeps dragging out more photos of whatever from Cobain’s death-scene.
