Yesterday, The Ghost Inside went on a shopping trip. From a general standpoint, that’s not really that big of a deal. Bands always hang out together, and have probably taken dozens of trips together to a mall, However, when you consider what the band’s been through following 2015’s awful bus accident, it’s amazing to see them all together as one and out of the hospital. Given that the most we’ve seen of them since the accident is various Instagram pics of individual members in the hospital or starting to heal, seeing them hanging out as a band, crutches, vanes and prosthetic legs and all, is encouraging.

The band were announced as one of the main bands that would be playing this year’s Vans Warped Tour. It would be premature to state whether that was just a symbolic gesture on the tour’s part, or if they’ll actually be ready to play this Summer. It would certainly be a welcome surprise if the band is able to return to the stage in just a few short months, but the fact that they’re all doing ok and hanging out is a nice start. While we’re not sure who the non-tagged guy is in the photo that Jonathan Vigil posted yesterday, Metal Sucks points out that Tim Irons, who’s profile lists him as “gigger” with TGI and STray From the Path, joins the band in the photo.
