With the passing of Dave Brockie still fresh in many peoples’ minds, last week GWAR announced the formation of the Dave Brockie Foundation. And while donations can be made to the fund now, The band have revealed a Dave Brockie Memorial shirt that fans can buy to support the foundationias well. The black and white shirt features a picture of Brockie as his alter ego Oderus Urungus with his mask off. It’s a simple tribute to Brockie, and nice enough that you probably wouldn’t even want to wear it to a GWAR show lest it get covered in fake blood or goo. Since the shirts have gone on sale, the demand has been overwhelming, so get in there and grab one, especially if you’d like to see the band’s dream of erecting a memorial monument for the singer.
