It doesn’t look like Corey Taylor is finished with his response towards Nickelback frontman Chad Kroeger’s comments.  Last week, Kroeger called Stone Sour’s music “Nickelback Lite,”  referencing that Slipknot was a gimmick act due to wearing masks. Taylor responded, reminding the frontman that he was once voted ugliest dude in rock.  In a recent interview with KISW at the Pain in the Grass festival over this past weekend, the Stone Sour/Slipknot vocalist added a few comments.

“I’m not talking about that dickhead. Why do I give a shit what Chad Kroeger says?”

The interviewer commented:

“Chad Kroeger poking at you is like asking a criminal, ‘Why are you robbing me?’ Like he’s going to turn around and be nice to you.”

Taylor added:

“I’ll tell you what. This is how I figured it out. Chad Kroeger is to rock what KFC is to chicken. Is that wrong? I feel like I’m not wrong. I’ll still eat it, but I’m not going to feel good about it.”
