Why should major label bands be the only ones who get love? Unsigned & Streamed is a new column where we stream a song from an unsigned band we at Metal Insider really dig.

Normally, the bands we cover in Unsigned & Streamed are up and coming groups of musicians getting their first start. This week’s featured band, though, would be considered a death metal supergroup. Disdained guitarist Milos Batocanin created Synesis Absorption back in 2009 in his homeland of Serbia. Since then, the group has evolved into a death metal juggernaut, with drummer Mike Smith (Suffocation), bassist Steve DiGiorgio (Sadus/Charred Walls Of The Damned), and vocalist Robbert Kok (Disavowed) rounding up the band’s lineup. Synesis Absorption is currently in the middle of recording their debut album, which will feature a guest appearance from Fleshgod Apocalypse keyboardist Francesco Ferrini. So without further ado, give a listen to the song “Disgrace Of Redemption” in the stream below.

Despite each member’s busy schedule, Synesis Absorption hope to tour with its current lineup in support of their new album (schedules permitting). The band is also pursuing options from record labels about wider distribution. Check in with their Facebook page to keep up to date on everything regarding Synesis Absorption.

If you’re in an unsigned band and would like to participate in Unsigned & Streamed, email a link to your band’s music and a brief bio to tips [at] metalinsider.com for consideration.
