Xibalba have finished up the recording of their third album, Tierra Y Libertad, which is due out January 2015.
The new album, released through Southern Lord Recordings, will have eight tracks and clocks in at nearly 45 minutes. The album was recorded by Taylor Young (who plays in Nails, Twitching Tongues, Disgrace) and recorded at The Pit in Van Nuys, CA.
Album art will once again be done by artist Dan Seagrave (Dismember, Entombed, Suffocation), and the band announced it will hit the road again in 2015 though no definite dates or line-up have been confirmed.
