Epica have taken over as the support act for Metallica in two upcoming shows. They will perform on Wednesday, May 17, at Stade De France in Paris, France, and Sunday, May 28, at Volksparkstadion in Hamburg, Germany. Once again, Five Finger Death Punch have yet to appear on this trek. The group canceled their appearance at the Johan Cruyff Arena in Amsterdam, Netherlands, on April 29, where Nightwish vocalist Floor Jansen stepped in as a replacement. Before that show, Five Finger Death Punch cited difficulties in singer Ivan Moody’s recovery from hernia surgery as the reason for their cancellation. Still, they confirmed their commitment to perform all subsequent scheduled dates, including Paris.
