Five people were shot at a venue in San Bernardino, CA on Saturday, April 23, killing one and wounding four. 

The scene took place around 9:30 p.m. at the Marquis Lounge. According to NBC Los Angeles, when police arrived at the venue one person was already dead and another three were found with gunshot wounds. Those three were taken to a local hospital. A fourth victim drove themselves to the hospital. 

The man who died at the scene has been identified as 32-year-old James Vincent Dickson

Marquis Lounge had been hosting a death metal show featuring I Pariah, Exit Existence, Crawling Through Tartarus and Gretel that night. According to Lambgoat, Crawling Through Tartarus was on stage at the time of the incident. 

Crawling Through Tartarus frontman Matt Holzboog was allegedly one of those wounded. The singer noted in a tweet Sunday that he was in the hospital after being shot in the leg at his show. He also posted a photo of himself in the hospital with his leg wrapped up. 

The incident is currently under investigation by the San Bernardino Police Department. A suspect and motive have not yet been identified.
