Members of Metallica have formed a new band called The Wedding Band.
Bassist Robert Trujillo and guitarist Kirk Hammett decided to take one their off nights from touring and host a special show featuring Ugly Kid Joe frontman Whitfield Crane and former Queens of the Stone Age/Danzig drummer Joey Castillo. The one-night event will take place at Ontario’s Cosmopolitan Music Hall at Cosmo Music on Friday, July 26, 2019.
You can expect “classic covers from bands like AC/DC, Black Sabbath, Billy Idol, and more” and for a small fee of $300 you can attend a meet and greet with Kirk before the show.
