Did you know that James Hetfield provided backup vocals on two songs on Danzig’s first album in 1988? Neither did we. He’s uncredited for his appearance on the album opener “Twist of Cain” and “Possession.” He was contractually kept from being given credit, and after hearing that it’s him on “Possession,” it’s pretty obvious that it is him. And it’s not like Metallica are any strangers to Glenn, covering “Last Caress,” “Green Hell” and “Die, Die My Darling.”
