French progressive electro-metal artist Rémi Gallego, best known as The Algorithm has recently signed with the independent record label FiXT and is working on releasing new music in 2021. To celebrate the signing, FiXT is re-releasing The Algorithm’s latest effort, Compiler Optimization Techniques, which includes bonus remix material. The artist isn’t afraid of diving into different genres as his music combines progressive metal, EDM, industrial and electronic beats. Today (17th), The Algorithm has teamed up with Metal Insider to release a metal Void Chapter remix of his song “Floating Point.” The remix captures the song’s intricacy and aggression while adding cinematic layers to give it a flavorful enhancement.
