The mighty Royal Thunder have a new album due out on April 7th, titled Crooked Doors. You can now pre-order the Atlanta, GA band’s second album on Relapse Records, their follow-up to CVI which came out in 2012. The song-teaser (below) is for the song “Forget You,” which, according to the band, will be made available in full next week.

Said the band in a statement:

“It’s been too long. Thanks for being patient with us in delivering this album! We hope you are fond of it. Looking forward to revisiting familiar places and faces.”

The band recorded the 11-song Crooked Doors at Aria Recording Studio, the same studio that they recorded CVI. The album art is done by Orion Landau, who recently did Red Fang’s Whales and Leeches and Yob’s Clearing the Path to Ascend.
