Clutch gave their fans an early Christmas present via the Christmas Eve unveiling of “Earth Rocker” on their website. That version of the song, recorded live while the band was recording the album at The Machine Shop, showed a return to form of sorts for the band to Blast Tyrant, the last album recorded by producer Machine. Now Brooklyn Vegan is streaming the studio version of the song. It’s an upbeat, muscular song that’s in and out, with a catchy chorus that Neil Fallon caps off by yelling like he’s possessed.
