Pacific Northwest sludge/stoner/punk outfit Twin Void are gearing up for their debut full-length album, Free From Hardtimes, out tomorrow (1st) via Electric Valley Records. After releasing two demos and an EP, the group has fleshed out their feelings from the overall COVID-19 pandemic, the passing of many artists and loved ones, and placed them in their upcoming record. Lyrically, each track is based on a life experience the main songwriter, Nathan has had. Musically, the tracks showcase the band’s high-energy level and heavy riffs.

“‘Free From Hardtimes’ is everything that has happened in 2020, from the loss of so many amazing musicians and the pandemic and how it’s affected the world. So, it’s got heavy riffs but also lots of emotion and passion.”
