For a band that’s all about excess in every form, it’s amazing how well Steel Panther actually sound without their amps cranked to 10. On the day their third album, All You Can Eat, was released, the quartet treated Metal Insider to an exclusive acoustic performance of the album’s first single, “Party Like Tomorrow is the End of the World.” We were also present for the band’s hysterical segment with Gear Gods in which they counted down the top five guitar riffs of all time, all of which (spoiler alert!) were Steel Panther songs. After their performance, we had a chance to ask them a few questions about putting an album out on their own label, how they were able to rock so hard acoustically, and their worst performance ever, which is something that A Day To Remember might not be happy with. The interview is definitely NSFW, so if you’re listening at work, turn it down! Thanks to Metal Injection’s Frank Godla for the video help.
