Mass Worship’s new album, Portal Tombs has finally arrived on Friday (4) via Century Media Records. We caught up with the Swedish death metal outfit and asked them five things they learned recording the album during the COVID-19 pandemic.  

01) Thank god for the internet, sounds ridiculous to be so dependent on it, but this would’ve been practically impossible without it. 

02) Having a band while living in different countries and recording a new record during a pandemic should be avoided if possible!

03) You have more time on your hands, which can be both an advantage and a disadvantage.

04) Patience is key, and all your plans will be screwed multiple times over. Plan for the worst, hope for the best!

05) You really get to appreciate the privilege of playing in a band in times like these, I think it really kept us all sane.
