While in Pittsburgh, Corrosion Of Conformity drummer Reed Mullin was rushed to the hospital for a heat-related medical emergency. Because of this, the Animosity lineup of C.O.C., who have been on the road with Clutch, were unable to perform in Flint and Traverse City, MI this past weekend.
The last update from the band came yesterday, with them revealing the following:
“We are still in Pittsburgh waiting for our drummer to be released from the hospital. C.O.C will not be able to play the show with Clutch tonight in Traverse City, MI. We’re all wishing Reed a speedy recovery and hope we can resume the tour as soon as possible.”
Currently it’s unclear as to whether Reed has been released from the hospital yet and whether C.O.C. will be forced to miss any more shows with Clutch. We hope that Reed makes a full recovery soon.
