Why should major label bands be the only ones who get love? Unsigned & Streamed is a new column where we stream a song from an unsigned band we at Metal Insider really dig.
This week, we’re pleased to put a spotlight on Arcadia from Adelaide, South Australia. Since the release of their debut EP From Ashes, We Rise in 2009, this four piece group have made a name for themselves in the Australian metal scene and have shared the stage with international acts like Sybreed, Hypno5e, and Bhelliom. Earlier this year, the band released a split EP with Melbourne’s Bury the Fallen called Worlds Collide and toured all across the East Coast of Australia in support of it. Arcadia’s mix of melody and brutality shares a strong resemblance to early Trivium and All That Remains. So without further ado, take a listen to the song “Torn In Two,” off of Worlds Collide, in the stream below.

You can check out Arcadia’s Facebook page to keep up to date and to stream more music.
